Explanation of How the Tracker Works
Our tracking bot will run in the background of each user's computer. The bot will collect high level data on what application each user is spending time on. If you so wish, you can switch the bot off at any time.
You will receive a mail with installation instructions and will be assisted by one of our consultants to ensure the tracker is installed on all the required workstations.
Once the bot is installed it will run in the background without disturbing your day-to-day processes. We will monitor from our side and notify you if there are any problems with the tracker.
As soon as we have enough data, we will start consolidating the data and generating your report. The report will be sent to you with some valuable insights on your processes.
We will only collect data required to track the activity of each user. No additional data will be collected. All collected data will be stored safely and confidentially.
